aSQRD Recovery Services helps people reclaim lost funds from the state and other government agencies.

aSQRD Recovery Services is building a team of VA's that will be responsible for cold calling 8 hours per day in an attempt to assist potential clients with retrieval of lost funds. We are hiring a Manager to help manage and build our operation.

MUST HAVE COLD CALL EXPERIENCE

Our core team consists of :
/ Manager - Oversees operation, trains, organizes back end process and procedures, assists in any area of operation when needed. Looking to grow long term with the company and eventually run as if it's their own for an eventual equity stake.

/ VA Caller - Practice and optimize call script to deliver and develop consistent ---------- llers are also responsible for follow up. Our CRM automations will assist with this.

/ Data Specialist - Organize and filter raw data from the state in order to batch skip trace data in preparation to feed data into Phone Burner and Magic Text platform to initiate call and text campaigns. Also responsible for deep dive skip tracing for select leads. Data specialist is also responsible for gathering new client data from callers to complete agreement between client and company as quickly as possible.

This is a relatively untapped niche with about 100 Billion dollars of unclaimed funds in the U.S across all 50 states. Our goal is to create a solid foundation and slowly expand to multiple states in order to dominate the market on a national level. This can only be done if our systems and processes are spot on. We need a great manager to assist in building this structure.
