CRM Manager

CRM Manager will be trusted with monitoring all leads that our team receives and ensuring they are being properly taken care of by our agents.
•You are the gatekeeper of our leads and responsible for holding our sales team accountable to our lead standards
•Ensure that all company leads have been contacted within 2-4 hours of their entry into our database
•Continuous learning of Chime & other systems to ensure they are being fully utilized
•Follow lead flow from beginning to end with the agents
•Ensure all agents are completing their assigned daily tasks
•Monitor lead responses to agents and agent's notes in the database following company plans
•Keep our metrics high for our referral partners and correct any gaps in production measurements
•Assist in the creation of Smart Plans for client follow up
