Leasing/Sales Remote Team Member

The ideal candidate for this position has a can-do attitude, willingness to work alongside our team during business hours, a tireless work ethic, and an appetite for growth.

Qualifications:
At least 1 yr Customer Service Experience (Property Management Experience is a Plus!)
Excellent English Communication Skills (both oral and written)
Willing to be trained on Real Estate terminologies, coverage and policies
Knowledge with GSuite or Microsoft Office
Computer and Tech Savvy
Can Do Attitude!
Must have a Sales Mentality
Ability to work independently, with little to no supervision

Tasks:
Answer Lead Inquiries from different Platforms (Tenant Turner, Zillow, CallRail, LiveChat)
Follow Up on Leads (Make sure to answer their follow up questions and encourage them to submit an application)
Data Entry
Property Management
