The General VA will assist the promo and swag team with pre and post-production ---------- dustry experience is REQUIRED to apply.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing
Create presentations
Prepare sales order
Order entry
Generate purchase order
Order management
Enter vendor bills into CSKU
Vendor follow-up (to make sure that orders will be shipped on time)
Swag store (Shopify) product updates; images, descriptions, pricing
Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
Experience with the promotional industry is required
Strong communication skills
Solid organizational skills
Attention to detail
Familiarity with the tools mentioned above is preferred
Bill Entry experience is also a plus
