Responsibilities Include:

• Provide accomplished administrative support and service, including effectively managing incoming email enquiries.
• Deliver results by being outcome and customer focused. represent internal users within the Company, dealing with their enquiries efficiently to reach a solution within Company guidelines and ensuring they have a positive experience with the systems and supply chain they use.
• Ensure internal Users receive support for all reasonable enquiries, including the Shed Management System (SMS) software, company policies, accounts queries, supplier and Order queries.
• Pursue accounts receivable as required.
• Communicate important and relevant information to Internal Users.
• Maintain relationships between Steelx and External Users.
• Manage Part B Metroll payments with for Steelx franchise business brands.
• Effectively manage Internal Users utilising SMS to record, maintain and update all communications with External Users and suppliers.
• Ensure that the experiences of Internal Users are documented and reported on, identifying concerns related to goods, services and suppliers so performance can be observed and measured. Ensure notable issues and areas in need of improvement are communicated to management.
• Where appropriate, escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support, but always assuming responsibility for tracking and driving Internal User enquiries to a resolution.
• Enforce the Supply Guarantee in accordance with the conditions of the scheme and work collaboratively with suppliers in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Monitor the Supplier Tracking System (STS) to ensure suppliers are meeting their obligations to SteelX in line with the SOP. Where necessary liaise with suppliers to drive the timely dispatch of goods.
• Report i ---------- where suppliers fail to meet their obligations in line with the SOP.
• Work collaboratively with tea ---------- mbers, internal departments and suppliers by providing them with accurate, valid and complete information to address enquiries.
• Strive to optimise team performance, productivity and Internal User satisfaction by regularly reviewing our written and verbal communications, methods, processes and policies.
• Training as required
• Other duties as required by Senior Management or the Department Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or any related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in providing support to customers (experience with damaged good is ideal but not required)
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build long term relationships with suppliers
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Ability to learn our inhouse software

Compensation & Benefits:

- 13th month pay
- Permanent remote work

Job Type: Full time
Pay: PHP25,000/month *subject to pay increase based on performance
