Lead Virtual Assistant (Healthcare)

Are you an experienced virtual assistant looking to expand your career?

We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant who can manage and lead other virtual assistants in projects and daily operations.

You must be a self-starter, have a minimum of 2 years experience supervising or managing others, proficient in writing and speaking English, able to lead by example, and have a positive work ethic.

Important skills and qualifications for this position:
* Very Detail Oriented
* Positive Attitude
* Two years of successful supervisory/management experience
* Advanced training in management
* Prefer an advanced degree such as a Masters of Business Administration
* Technical knowledge: MS Office, Google Suite, Video capture, Adobe apps
* Quite and private work environment (no background noise or distractions)
* Must be able to work USA PST hours.
* Fast and reliable internet speed.
*Must have a private/professional working area with no distractions, proper computer equipment (newer laptop).
