We are looking for an experienced Book Keeper / Business admin to work remotely with our company.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
• Experienced issuing invoices using Xero Software in Project Section
• Strong computer skills, including outlook / word / excel
• Bachelor degree Qualification
• Previous Experience in invoice follow up with Clients
• Ability to prepare reports from Xero about invoice payment status
• Familiar with Ring Central software(call)
• Confident and precise manner when calling clients
• Strong English language proficiency in speaking and Writing
• Self-motivated and comfortable with a high level of autonomy
