We are looking for a dynamic self-starter with excellent organizational, written communication, attention to detail, and research skills to help with various administrative tasks. The job is long-term at 10-hours+ per week (potential for more hours as the business grows). While the schedule is flexible, daily engagement and quick turnaround time is expected.
About the Company
We are a boutique real estate private equity located on the west coast of the USA. The job will be assisting the acquisitions team and working closely with the head of acquisitions.
About the Position
The primary task of this job will be to conduct rent surveys. Rent surveys are done to assess comparable apartment building’s rents to the one being acquired. The Rent Survey updates an apartment community’s rents, current rent specials, and several other factors subject to frequent change. The process requires calling apartment communities and asking various
Required Accuracy – While surveys are simple to conduct, a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness is required.
The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, pay close attention to details, and have a can-do attitude.
Additional tasks will include updating the deal tracker with new acquisition targets and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Computer/Telephone Need – High-speed Internet access is
- Excellent English speaking and writing ability
- Excellent excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Must be available during 10 am-1 pm PST
Training will be provided along with weekly phone call check-ins.
