• Act as Point of Contact related to all HR and Admin concerns
• In-charge of creating and updating employee 201 files, Memos, and HR internal database
• Handle the processing of all mandatory government transactions, i.e: such as SSS, PagIBIG, Philhealth and BIR and Business Permits
• Assist in coordinating with healthcare/insurance provider with concerns, availability, application of additional member(s)/dependent(s), and cancellation of employee membership
• Assist in Recruitment Activities as needed
• Assist in onboarding of new hires and off-boarding of employees
• Assist and facilitate Employee Engagement activities that will foster goodwill among the Company’s employees
• Assist in Payroll Concerns such as Timekeeping, applicable deductions based on attendance infractions
• Coordinate with the HR-Admin Officer all related activities to keep tasks and efforts in sync and up-to-date
• Ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Senior Operations Manager
