Operations / Project Manager

We are an US based, online education company that teach budding entrepreneurs on how to build a highly profitable semi-automated business.


We are expanding our content marketing teams and are looking for a highly experienced operations / project manager to join our ---------- this role, you will lead our content marketing teams with a goal of improving the quality of output, tracking on-going performance, creating systems to help monitor and achieve our marketing goals.

Marketing experience is a plus, but not required. Operations & system building experience is a must.

While you won't be directly working on creating content, here is the current team makeup that you will be leading;

1 social media manager, 1 content manager, 1 community manager, 3 designers, 1 video editor, 1 SEO ---------- addition to the above, one of your first projects will be hiring two additional full time writers to join our team.

Here are some additional details that are important;

Most of our tea ---------- mbers have been with us for multiple years.

Pay for this role starts at $7usd/hr + huge bonus opportunities for performance.

The working hours for this position are Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm Eastern Time. (this is mostly required, but once established we can discuss changing the hours)

We pay automatically weekly via ---------- (but we are looking to swap to wise in the next month or two).

We offer two weeks of paid vacation time per year + unlimited unpaid time off.
