E-COMMERCE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Job Description:
• Various Amazon Case Filing and Monitoring (Training is available but experience is a plus)
• Vendor Statement Reconciliation
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
• Inventory reconciliation 
• Review of accounts payable invoice 
• Recording of US/Canada/Mexico Sales
• Bi-Weekly Excess Inventory Report Preparation
• Credit Memo Posting, Review and Monitoring
• Shipping carrier - Review and Reconciliation
• Other Amazon Audits
• Other Reports needed
 
Qualifications:
• Must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting with minimum of 3 years meaningful experience
• CPA certification is ideal
• Provides professional accounting advice and assistance.
• Familiar with Quickbooks and experience reconciling inventory at the SKU level
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application.
• Must be well organized and detail–oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Can work with minimum supervision.
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written.

Work Schedule
9AM to 5 PM EST, Mondays through Fridays (40 hours per week)
Must be committed to one employer
