EXCEL & GOOGLE SHEET SPECIALIST

• Join Quarterly Priorities (QP) Projects/Initiatives
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Provide technical support/assistance to employees with their existing software and/or hardware
tools
• Participate in the full system development life cycle:
• Help in analyzing the needs of the organization and updating on progress and status of projects
• Coordinate with Process Owners to get data and expertise needed to start a specific project
• Developing a system which involves tasks such as programming, scripting, and data
management (google apps script / javascript/other suitable programming language)
• Designing Front End Frameworks and Task Runners (User Interface)
• Troubleshooting and Debugging; Root cause analysis
• Training or presentation of systems created to the team and to users through any suitable
media or process
• Timely and effective redressal of all the bugs/issues faced by the users of existing systems and
processes developed by the team
• Submit to immediate officer/supervisor progress reports (screenshots) for monitoring and
evaluation; and updating Project Monitoring files

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any Computer
related course
• MS Office and Google Form/Sheet familiarity
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and organized, result oriented
• Must be highly detail oriented and can effectively multi-task
• knows how create functioning UI using html, css, javascript, bootstrap (knowledge in another
front-end framework is a plus)
• proficient in back-end programming languages like PHP and other related frameworks is a must
have
• familiarity in creating database is a must have
• familiarity in creating CRUD (create, read, update, delete) system is plus
• can design a user interface flow based on user stories is a plus
