Windows Help Desk Technician and Systems Administrator IT Support at MSP

We are a technology consulting firm is currently in need of full-time Systems Engineer to design and implement IT solutions for our customers. We need someone who is highly organized and has a passion for technology. You'll be responsible for:

• Design and implement at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security (FortiNet)
• Design and implement hosted and cloud solutions for customers using technologies that meet their requirements (Azure, AWS, Private Cloud)
• Design and implement disaster recovery solutions (Veeam)
• Assist coworkers with technical escalations
• Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, M365, Azure, etc
• Support services for virtualization technologies
• Administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review
• Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
• Experience with Kaseya VSA and ConnectWise Manage for 2 years and up is a must
• Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 R2/Server 2016/Server 2019
• Strong organizational skills, and ability to create cohesive documentation
• Must possess excellent written and verbal English skills

Two to three years of work experience is likely to be necessary to excel in this position. If you don't have that much experience, yet think you could still kill it in this position, let us know. Certifications and education are great. If you plan on applying please let us know what those are.


This position requires some direct contact with clients - you aren't going to be locked away in some closet somewhere so a professional demeanor and appearance are paramount. You'll get to know our clients and how IT relates to their business strategy and goals. We need a problem solver.
