Website designer and programmer needed

I have a few websites that I have already had designed. I just need an expert that can create the actual websites and make it look EXACTLY like the design (if not better). Someone who is experienced in coding would be great. I prefer for the websites to be done in Wordpress since I'm familiar with editing my websites in Wordpress. Someone who is knowledgeable in UI (user interface) would be excellent. If this one website is done well, I have a few more websites that I will send your way!
