About the Job:
We are looking for a creative copywriter with perfect English skills, long-term experience and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver a unique piece of copy.
The work we offer to our customers goes far beyond a $5 dollar Fiverr gig and we expect our writers to be willing to grow, open to feedback, and proactive in their self-learning.
That’s why our writers receive in-depth training and resources that no other freelance platform will ever provide.
We are a small team of 30 copywriters, 5 editors, 4 ghostwriters, 2 formatters, 1 designer, 2 team managers and 2 founders. This means you’ll be a core member and vital to the growth and success of the company.

Your primary responsibilities will be the following tasks:
? Creating concepts and storylines for non-fiction books (optional: fiction books)
? Researching book topics
? Writing chapter by chapter outlines (book frame, concept)
? Writing Amazon book descriptions


Hiring process:
Phase one: You will be given a book topic for which you will need to complete the audience research. We will provide you with our outline template and a training ---------- ase two: If you are successful in this round you can complete the rest of the book outline and write a matching book description.
We will provide you with examples and further training material. We compensate this phase with $80.

If we see enough potential we will give you access to our virtual workspace and provide you with more learning material (including a 3-hour training video, recorded coaching calls, templates, swipe files, archives etc.). Once you feel comfortable with the work we schedule an onboarding call with our team manager. She’ll coach you through your first month and help you wherever needed.

We have a virtual office and there is always someone you can contact if you have any questions. Personal interaction is really important to us. Even though this is a virtual job, we want to build a personal connection with our writers and create a positive company culture.

Requirements:
You must satisfy all the following requirements to be considered for this job:

? Be available to work full time 5 days a week, the work hours are very flexible and up to you
? Must speak perfect English
? Must be experienced in copywriting
? Creative writing experience is a plus but not a requirement (for potential fiction outlines)
? Must enjoy research
? Must be proactive
? Must be willing to learn
? Must be very organized

Payment:
Monday to Friday we fill out an order spreadsheet where we sign you up for the work that matches your skills and interests best. We pay you per fulfilled order at the end of every week, bi-weekly or monthly (this is up to you). On average our writers earn between $1000-$1800 a month. Yet, it is up to you how many orders you can handle.
