JOB OVERVIEW

The Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for continuously maintaining the company's brand aesthetics, internally and externally. The creative talents of the individual in this role will apply to print and digital advertisements, marketing materials, social media, trade show materials, web content, graphics, and new product ---------- addition, this person will also have a broader role in maintaining an active presence on social media and participating in the development of new digital marketing content for NYC based e-commerce apparel brand. This position requires an independent, innovative thinker who strives for excellence and enjoys challenges.

Responsibilities:

Create and design various marketing communication materials across various media (print, digital, and video) and assist in the design of new product development.
Maintain brand standards and style.
Maintain and improve web content and graphics.
Create e-mail ---------- sign, build and maintain an active presence on social media, including Facebook, Instagram, ---------- and Twitter.
Create daily social posts that capture brand and product promotion
Keeps abreast of social media best practices and trends and implements them as appropriate.
Proactively monitor social media profiles, sometimes outside of regular business hours, to quickly react to social conversations.
Assist with SEO/SEM strategies.
Support sales and development in various marketing projects.
Participate in creating and improving the company's brand strategy across all channels (website, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Assist market research.

To be successful, you'll need the following:

BA/BS degree in Graphics Design, Marketing, Communications or related field.
3-5 years of marketing and graphic design experience.
Knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications, including InDesign Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Canva.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
Ability to manage social media presence and e-mail marketing campaigns.
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM.
Understanding of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
