Workload Automation Technician Developer

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills in development and troubleshooting. Specifically, we are looking for an individual to assist in the development of automation solutions to improve our delivery of recurring ticket types (think user onboarding/offboarding, new computer deployments, etc).

Development or scripting experience with some of the following preferred: C#, PowerShell, Shell, SQL, or other API related technologies. (PowerShell is preferred).
Strong experience in a technical role (preferably software, SaaS, or Enterprise IT).
Experienced with Workload Automation Technologies
Experience working in a customer-facing role such as consultant, technical support, or sales engineering.
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
Previous experience with Kaseya a plus

System Design - upgrade and maintenance of managed networks and servers.
Analysis - Perform analysis of networks and make recommendations for upgrades
Coordinate - Work with project team to implement network software and hardware upgrades
Diagnosis - Timely diagnoses of escalated client support cases

We pay 13th month and most Filipino and US holidays.
Working hours are from 8 am CST to 5 pm CST.
