Help with my taxes as if I were 5 years old. [USA]

I'm behind, and I dread doing taxes. I have two current corporations. One is a LLC, I think. The other is a S-Corp, I think. I have several previous corporations. I'm way behind on bookkeeping (quickbooks) as well.

I want someone who has previously prepared taxes for a US based person with corporations. I do have my previous years taxes. I need you to patiently help me find everything I need to make sure I pay the least amount possible in taxes. I plan on hiring a US based company to actually process/submit everything after we're done.

I need everything caught up (quickbooks and all) and ready to submit. If I feel everything was very thorough and the experience was pleasant for both of us, we can discuss some monthly work as well. The company I use to submit taxes will advise me on how thorough everything is.
