We are a growing dental office and we need help with patient scheduling. Starting part-time then it will go into full time depending on onboarding process and how quickly things can get picked up. We have an awesome team and we would love to have you onboard!
This position is for Call Center/Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
- Calling patient for schedule confirmation
- Phone calls from patient
- Scheduling
Qualifications
- Able to work our time from 8am - 7pm CST/CDT (4-8 hours a day so anytime in between)
- Good English communication skills
- Quiet workstation, good and a fast working laptop or desktop I5 and above, noise cancellation headset
- 30mbps and above internet connection
- Experience in call center is preferred
