We are looking for a Customer Support VA for our rapidly growing 7-figure E-Commerce business.
You must know how to:
- Respond to
- Use
- Answer PayPal and Klarna disputes and claims
Preferably with experience in:
- Shopify
- HelpScout
- Google Workspace
- Project Management Tools
Tentative deliverables:
- 250
- Answer all active disputes and chargebacks
