Graphic Designer "POD"

Hello Future Coworkers :D
I am looking for a graphic designer for my POD Business "Creating Designs that print on shirts, pullovers, pop sockets, etc"
if you have been accepted for this job and i loved your work you will stay with me forever
i have all elements of graphics which you will need but you have to edit some of them
i will ask 3 types of designs
easy design what you will do just writing over something and out one graphic "Super Easy" this will cost 1$
2nd one is ( i will give you vexels account) you should be creative by adding elements organizing them and maybe typography skills that will cost 3$
3rd one Create something from a to z we will d ---------- the cost later.
my minimum orders shouldn't be less than 200$
