AWS Cloud Engineer/Consultant

C9 is seeking for experienced Cloud Engineers who are responsible for design, implementation, and management of cloud-based systems for businesses.

Job Responsibilities Include:
-- Initial Cloud Infrastructure setup of existing web application/s using IaC to AWS (Preferrably Terraform but open to suggestions)
-- Advice and setup infrastructure monitoring solutions that is best suited for the existing web application (e.g. StatusIQ, Atlassian Status Page etc)
-- Domain name and SSL certificate monitoring setup
-- Setup Cloud Alerts going to messaging platforms like Slack
-- Configure Availability and Metric Dashboard with reports like (Instance Health, Status etc using something like AWS Cloudwatch etc.)
-- Provide details and advice on the costs with all he above setup
-- Provide the required support in fixing/troubleshooting the cloud instances in the above setup
-- Provide advice during periodic reviews to improve the infrastructure setup
-- Provide guidance on instance sizing etc.
-- Provide guidance in the selection of maintenance windows for the above setup
-- Provide proactive guidance on security standards and setup as may be needed
