JOB OVERVIEW

As a Freelance IT Support you should be able to resolve all IT-related problems and possess deep technical knowledge to address network faults quickly and efficiently. You will assist in managing projects and provide technical support and troubleshoot any IT related issues such as setting up an email, remote management, adding security software etc.
Logistics
• 100% work from home
• P500/hr
• Available anytime between 9am-6pm Sydney
o Must be able provide a response to requests within 2 hours after receiving a ticket.
• Minimum 10hrs per week
• Put timesheet in XPM

Maintenance
• Identify and resolve laptop or desktop and operating-system issues
• Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics.
• Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
• Track and log IT iUpgrade to see actual info and their distribution across the network
• Provide training to users and customers as needed
• Maintain iUpgrade to see actual info records including relevant resolution
• Possess analytical and methodical skills for a disciplined approach to problem-solving

General
• Strictly adheres to the Company Guidelines Represents the Company in a professional manner outside the office.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Strictly adheres to the best interest of the Company thru proper usage of company assets and resources

Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist.
• Specializes in Server Maintenance and Management focusing on Microsoft Technologies such as Office 365
• Well-versed with managing SharePoint as an Administrator (User, Storage, and Quota Management)
• Working knowledge in Webroot, NinjaRMM and Remote Desktop support and management
• Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users.
• Experience in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of database maintenance and system security.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certifications is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Professional and Microsoft Trainer)
