Your journey will start as a Loan Processor to understand the loan process in its entirety and how we implement best practice at Key Choice Lending. You will be supported by the team you are working with and have ongoing training to enhance your skills.

Your competency is based upon adherence to KPI's which are centered on accuracy, efficiency and attitude.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- End-to-end loan processing
- Data Entry into CRM (experience in Mercury is a plus) and ApplyOnline
- Preparing Application Forms for clients to sign
- Reviewing provided supporting documents and comparing it with the bank's checklist to confirm we have everything required for submission
- Complete Serviceability
- Capable of doing Bank Statement Analysis (knowledge with cash deck is a bonus)
- Interpret Self Employed financials
- Order Valuation
- Liaise with bank broker support, bank's relationship manager, real estate agent, conveyancer/solicitor, accountant, financial planner

ABOUT YOU:
- Have relevant experience in the Australian Mortgage Industry or have worked with an Australian Broker before.
- You will have demonstrated excellence in the finance industry, qualifications in Finance and Banking or transferable skills.
- You will have excellence in English and have a clear English speaking voice.
- You will have a high level of computer literacy and experience.
- A high level of IQ and EQ.
- You need to have demonstrated excellence in a field whose skills are transferable.
- A reliable PC and internet connection.
- Your attention to detail needs to be high as this can be the difference between a successful or unsuccessful client outcome.
- You must be ethical and genuine.
- You must be available 9am - 5 pm AEST

- Capable of working independently

YOU MUST NOT:
- Be unable to communicate effectively in English
- Have an accent that makes deciphering your language difficult.
- Be unable to have honest conversations.

- Have personal circumstances that will encroach on your ability to deliver on your KPI’s
- Be unable to provide references.
- We have zero tolerance for dishonesty or deception.

Key Choice Lending, established in 2001 by founder Matthew Clark began as a Mortgage Broking offering in a fledgling industry. Since that time the percentage of broker originated transactions has increased to nearly 70% market share in part due to the service and ability for the clients to receive advice on the loan and structure in their best interests from a large suite of lenders.

With increasing regulation the industry has become highly compliance focussed and significantly more challenging for brokers to produce great outcomes for all the stakeholders in the transaction.

Key Choice Lending has over 1200 satisfied clients, 765M in settled loans, its own Credit Licence and prides itself on supporting its staff to be their best, believing this with continuous improvement to be the path for a thriving and happy working environment.

Key Choice Lending has a clear growth strategy and will be increasing its presence in the Commercial lending space.

Consists currently of 4 permanent staff and will grow to 30 in the next 24 months. We have created the infrastructure to nurture the best talent worldwide and our focus on sustainable growth will be inclusive to all those we work with, internally and externally.

We provide custom strategies for Ambitious Australians to grow through Property and Business. 95% of our business is in the residential mortgage space. We are currently pivoting to increase the percentage of business lending we handle.
