Sales Development Specialist (Remote) - US Property Management

We are currently looking for a Remote Sales Development Specialist to undertake the following tasks:

generating potential leads,
soliciting potential customers,
setting sales meetings with potential customers and connecting customers with the right salesperson,
use Hubspot daily,
developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers in need of staffing,
initiating contact with potential customers through outbound emails or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements,
connecting responding prospects/customers with Extenteam sales manager to identify their potential staffing needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales,
presenting product (Our product is the talented remote staff we provide) information to customers once you have identified their needs,
moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to Extenteam sales manager salesperson, and arranging zoo ---------- etings, emails, or phone calls,
following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not sign up for Extenteam’s staffing services,
collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.


EXPECTATIONS:

High volume of targeted outbound calls and emails (Approximately 70% of the workweek)
Fast learner of PMS, CRM, communication tools such as Hubspot, ClickUp, Google Suite Products.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Experience in Property Management industry of a “western company” (Australia, US, Britain) and/or sales experience in the industry as a vendor.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and build trust
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Have a strong work ethic (integrity and commitment)


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

30MBPS or higher internet speed
i5 or higher processor
Minimum of 8 GB RAM
Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children's noises in the background)
Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
