Primary Responsibilities:
INTO THE AM seeks a Social Media Associate to assist with community management across various social platforms.
- Plan, edit, and publish engaging content on our social channels
- Manage social media calendars
- Actively engage with our communities across all social platforms
- Reply to direct messages
- Manage UGC product tagging
- Fill out weekly, monthly, and quarterly social metrics
- Identify on-brand creators for our Content Creator Program
- Send packages and request deliverables from creators
- Grow and maintain relationships with our creator partners

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media
- English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand and recreate the brand voice
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Multi-task-oriented/detailed

Nice to Have:
- Experience with social and analytics platforms, such as Iconosquare, Later, and Sprout Social
- Customer Service or community management experience
- Google Analytics
- E-commerce D2C marketing experience

Preferred Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm PST
