We currently sell skincare and health supplements on the Amazon Canada platform. We are looking for someone that has at least 2 years experience with Amazon Seller Central Account, Amazon seller support & software like Helium 10. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Experience working with a seller central account
• Experience working with excel and can create & fill out Amazon flat files
• Creating & update various spreadsheets to track cost of goods, sales, amazon metrics etc.
• Create new Case ID's with Seller Central support and monitor open case logs.
• Upload new listings
• Communicate with suppliers & contractors as needed
• Creating & documenting standard operating procedures

• Monitoring seller account on a daily basis & report any issues
• Creating Coupon Codes & Promotions
• Notification about Negative Reviews
• Replying to Buyer’s Messages

• Manage returns
• Create Cases and Monitor all the open Case logs.
