Lead Sourcing & Email Inbox Management for Loan Officer

We are looking for an experienced and reliable virtual assistant to source leads, communicate with potential clients, and manage an email inbox for a busy Loan Officer. This is a part-time position (10 - 20 hours/week) with the potential for growth and performance based bonuses.

Daily tasks will include:
- Social Media Lead Sourcing (primarily via Facebook)
- Messaging & following up with leads
- Creating/maintaining a database of leads & clients
- Basic email inbox management (categorizing emails, sending canned responses, flagging emails for follow up, etc.)

We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent English comprehension and writing ability (must be able to carry native-level conversations over email, DM's, text, etc.)
- 2+ years experience sourcing leads from Social Media platforms
- A high level of comfort communicating with leads in Facebook groups and ---------- 's
- Availability to work 5 days/week
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- A drive to succeed and a love of feedback

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the mortage/loan industries, and ability to work US hours.

We use Clickup, Slack, and Google suite for most of our work, so experience with those systems is also a plus, but not required.
