Dingus & Zazzy is looking for a motivated, forward-thinking admin to join our growing team!

Our business is expanding globally and we need talented folks on our team so that we can continue to offer stellar service to our clients.

We don’t believe in binding our clients to a contract. We wow them every month with real results so that they want to keep coming back.

Qualifications:

- Have an understanding of Meta Business tools
- Be familiar with Social Media Scheduling tools
- Understand basic CMS functions (Namely, WordPress)
- Compose, Layout, and Schedule Newsletters using a variety of Newsletter Software (Mailchimp particularly)
- Have strong Google-Fu (Many tasks are research-related)
- Strong understanding of how to use app versions of major social networks (mainly Tiktok and Instagram)
- Strong understanding of how to use Gsuite (google drive, docs, sheets, slides, etc.)
- Comfortable with navigating Linkedin sales navigator and knowledge of proper filtering techniques
- HTML text formatting knowledge is an asset
- Experience with a LMS is an asset
- Experience with a basic image editing tool is an asset (Paint, or Canva)

Our operating hours are from 9-5 MST.
