Sales Assistant

We're looking for a Sales Assistant with knowledge in crypto who will be assisting the sales executives to help close deals, follow up on existing sales leads, and get discovery calls booked.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)
- Manage sales inboxes and create customized follow-ups
- Respond to consistent inbound activity ranging from general inquiries to closing deals
- Assist other Inside Sales Account Managers
- Investigate and analyze client needs to evaluate available options and customized solutions
- Research, identify and follow up with new prospects
- Create and manage processes such as target setting, forecasting, and pipeline analytics in Hubspot
- Coordinate with a global team on a regular basis
- Define, manage, and provide insights on key performance metrics
- Strengthen your stories with research, data, and a healthy dose of experimentation
- Look at performance metrics to better understand what works and what doesn’t

We're looking for highly self-motivated and naturally inquisitive people to join our data research team. You will be researching various companies and contact information for investors, influencers, press & media writers, strategic partners, advisors, potential clients, etc. Speed is key for this position. You must be naturally curious, and resourceful, and use your best judgment to find the best contacts possible for our clients.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)
- Understand our client's needs
- Establish requirements for building a contact list
- Conduct web-based research and use Google/YouTube/Reddit/ ---------- and all public/private available data sources to find contact information based on established requirements per project
- Verify the email addresses are valid and working
- Use tools such as ZeroBounce, ---------- , ---------- , ---------- , and email ----------
- Find alternate contacts for the company as needed
- Ensure the quality of contacts added to the contact list
- Implement quality assurance for accuracy on all client databases
- Provide knowledge, resource, and other information to support the team and other departments

Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for someone who knows the top influencers in the crypto space and ideally has an existing relationship with them. We are looking for someone who follows the latest news and challenges across the industry, together with the skills of effectively reaching out to influencers with a meaningful message. You will be required to develop influencer strategies for our clients, and then execute on them.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)
- Develop influencer strategies for our clients, and then execute on them
- Build relationships with the leading influencers in the crypto space
- Negotiate with influencers and their pricing fees
- Send value-add messages to influencers to create relationships/pitch to clients
- Liaise with clients and influencers on their campaigns
- Create performance reports and present them to clients
- Work with the greater team to ensure our clients achieve their goals
- Work and manage multiple projects, clients, and timelines

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL OPEN POSITIONS

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the role
- Experience in Google Suite products
- Experience with Slack, ---------- , or other similar project management tool
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
- Comfortable with group and individual video calls
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills
- Always willing to learn
- Minimum of 60+ WPM typing speed

- Experience working in a startup environment
- Solid analytic, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
