JOB OVERVIEW

Admin Assistant-Dispositions Marketing Coordinator in the Dispositions Team with focus on the DMV Market.
(DC, Maryland and Virginia) -ASAP

Responsibilities:
Prepare the Deals that the Dispositions team will be
putting out on our website and other platforms.
Assist the Dispositions Director in any tasks that she would
need help on
Assist the Customer Success Manager in any tasks that
she would need help on
Perform Ad-hoc tasks that the company might assign

Skills:
Strong oral and written communication skills in the English Language
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Attention to Detail and problem-solving skills
Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Above Average Computer Literacy
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Average knowledge in both MS Office Applications and Google Suite Applications
Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software specifically Salesforce
Knowledge in Email Marketing Tools such as Constant Contact and/or Mail Chimp
Knowledge in Text/SMS Marketing Tools specifically EZ Text
Basic to Average Adobe Suite knowledge
Basic to Average Photo and Video Editing Skills
Knowledge on Various Software/Programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other editing software is a plus
Resourceful and Creative
A love for learning and developing new skills

Requirements:
Preferably has at least 1 year work experience in the BPO industry
Should have no other jobs, even part time jobs. We need someone who can work with us at a full-time ---------- lf-Motivated
Can work well under pressure
Can work with minimal supervision
Can work with a team
Must already have experience working as a virtual assistant
Experience as a virtual assistant in a real estate company is preferable
Stable internet connection and good working computer
