We are looking for someone to manage our office tasks remotely for contacting external service providers such as banks, invoice related issues to work on resolving them, office admin
Someone who has good communication skills and also has experience in office administration duties such as receipt management bookkeeping calling suppliers assisting our bookkeeper get all the information to manage accounts.
You must have the following skills:
- Clear Communicator and Speaking Fluent English
- 2 Years Experience within the Admin Receipt Management Experience
- Experience with Speaking to Other Stakeholders
- You must display Problem Solving skills
- Be Fast and Productive
- Have a Quiet Working Place
- Minimum Internet Speed of 2Mbps
