JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently recruiting Search Assistants and Executive search recruiters.

We are an innovative firm where our personnel (recruiter, assistant, sales rep) work from their home offices with today’s technological tools. You must be able to work from home in a quiet professional environment.

Our business Model:
We specialize in the Consulting Industry (we help our clients recruit permanent consultants and freelance or interim management resources) but we also deliver about 1/4 of our work in other industries such as the mining industry or manufacturing.
We work from our home office
We work with today’s technologies: e-mail, phone over IP, video conf, smart phones, online training etc.
We work all over the world and we need to adjust to the time difference - If you want to work from 9am to 6pm every day, this job is not for you. You may have to work at night to interview candidates in the US, Australia or Asia for instance.
We recruit a large part of our personnel from low cost countries in order to offer competitive rates to our clients
Desired Skills & Experience

Experience:
• The telephone should be your best friend. If you are afraid of the telephone, this job is not for you.
• Ideally, you will have a successful experience as a search assistant. If not, you must demonstrate excellent experience/ability at picking up your telephone and searching for candidates all over the world.
• Proven track-record in HR/recruitment and active networking ability is a requirement
• Experience from international business environment is a significant benefit
• Perfect English language skills
• Another foreign language would be an asset
• Entrepreneurial, disciplined, organized and hard worker
