Design a freemium/freebie from info I have on a spreadsheet

Design a nice opt in offer called freebie or freemium, using infographics, made in canva or photoshop~ freebie can be made by PDF or a JPG infographic~
I will give you all the info and you will put what I send you on a spreadsheet into a nice pdf or infographic using good design. I will provide examples so you know what I need.
