Ad hoc requests relating to all things tracking - Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, pixels etc

Hi guys,

Normally if i have one-off dedicated tasks or projects i like to use Fiverr or Upwork etc to agree on a price for a given task.

However my need here is a little different...

...I'm in the process of setting up a few differnt landing pages for different ---------- tting up the various forms of tracking (GTM/Analytics/various pixels etc) intimidates me a little, and i find that i get about 90% there and then want to throw my computer out of the window ;-)

I really want to make contact with someone who i can call upon in an adhoc fashion and just get things set up or fixed or tweaked or explained whenever needed.

To give you an idea of what I mean, I might say:

- "Can you please set up GTM for this new website".
- "I need some tidying up of my account so that each website shows clearly as a separate container, and so that i can clearly see each website under my Analytics acount".
- "When i start advertising on Facebook i want to know that the pixel has been collecting information and that im able to retarget people that have been on my site before".
- "I need Analytics to show me more specific information, for example, actual ebook downloads vs someone having just landed on the landing page".
- Can you pls make sure that when i go and set up UTM tags on a website URL using a UTM manager, that the required reporting is showing up inside Analytics or wherever else i might want to see the data".
- "I need to provide my landing page link to a number of different ---------- n you please ensure that the UTM tags are set up correctly and that i can read and understand the reporting that they provide".
- "I'm looking at this report and it doesn't make sense. What does xxxxxx mean?"
- "I just did a dummy entry on my ABC landing page and i can't see how that result has flown through to the reporting; can you check it out for me please....or if its correct and i just don't know what i should be looking at, explain it to me please".

Rather than creating a separate gig on Fiverr each time i want to have something quickly set up that may only take 10 minutes, or something tweaked, explained, added to etc, I want to be able to go to someone I know to do these each time. ie You :-)

This could be something you do even if you're week is already pretty full, as each request is likely to be quite short. The exception might be the first task of setting things up.

Must be keen to receive emails from Lastpass in order to gain access to sites, and various google accounts.

Must also be willing to talk in outcomes rather than tech. Realistically a more likely request will be "hey, just finished this landing page, can you setup whatever needs to be done so I can get the best reporting on where the traffic is coming from, how far people are advancing based on various traffic sources, and that i can retarget when i need to. And can you take an extra couple of minutes to do a 2 minute Loom video to talk me through how i access the results on Analytics".

The tricky part of this is going to be how to determine payment, so if you happen to be interested in this type of ad-hoc, non-planned, up and down sort of work, please let me know in your response how you think payment would be handled. That might be a few dollars per hour, or a few dollars per request. Or it may be that you want $x upfront and you keep a tally of how much of that is being used in terms of time, and i top it up when needed. I'm keen to get your thoughts.

Please let me know your expertise and experience.

And to finish off, i know you must hate employers doing this by now, but when i get 100 applicants in the first hour, it would be good to determine those who have read this fully, and are detailed...so please let me know in your response what your favourite colour is.

I know this one is a little different to the standard job ad, so thanks for your consideration.
