True Veda® is a small family-run start-up business founded in 2015 in the UK, that manufactures and distributes organic premium herbal supplements worldwide. The idea of True Veda® was to introduce the amazing benefits of Ayurveda to a wider audience. Ayurveda originated in India and is considered one of the oldest traditional systems of health and wellness. We want to give back to the world so we try and be as sustainable and ethical as possible and always a portion of our profits go back to making the world a better place. Armed with our vision “Our World, Your Health”, we started a mission to improve the health industry.
Our new Executive Assistant/ Project Manager will be in the midst of the theatre of operations of our company witnessing firsthand what it takes to build a successful eCommerce business.

*** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ***

Create and update records and reports ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
Monitor and report on sales & business KPI
Respond promptly to managers, directors and founders' queries
Format information for internal and external communication
Various types of online research, analysis and synthesis of business-impacting topics
Identifying & recommended the best available solutions for biznis problems
Research and selection of suppliers based on relevant criteria
Liaise with existing and new suppliers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Liaise with different business partners to carry on activities with the goal of fulfilling various business needs
Create and maintain comprehensive tasks documentation, procedures and working policies
Create process workflows starting from the work performed and multiple steps/tasks already completed
Communicate with customers and business partners to facilitate and improve their experience
Assist in marketing endeavours with the possibility of growing into a more complex role


*** IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE ***

Strong comand of verbal and written English
Proficient user of the Gsuite (Google Sheets, Gmail, Google Docs etc)
Previous experience working for an Amazon seller
Highly organized with the ability to transform chaos into order
Exceptional attention to detail - literally spot the needle in a haystack
Able and willing to follow guidelines - minimal or extensive
Prompt to the point of anticipating requests
Proactive and hands-on
Responsible and motivated to prove themself valuable
Ability to multitask
Great at time management
An abundance of common sense and logic
A self-starter hungry for learning in a startup company environment
Natural problem solver with a perpetual “will-do” attitude
Willing to commit to a long-term partnership with our company (>1 year)
Fast & stable internet connection
Available at least 20 hours a weak
