The Account Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining important relationships with customers, both potential and existing customers of the business. Provide update account/opportunity in detail. The role is to act as an essential connection point between the company and the customer. This connection point will provide customers with a great experience, ensure the legal terms of the contract and allocate resources properly to ensure satisfactory resolution of problems as well as negative feedback from the customer side.
Job Qualifications
* Proficient in Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and up/downloading from external databases preferred
* Knowledgeable in Sharepoint and Outlook and other Microsoft Applications
* Can identify areas of opportunity to optimize marketing budget across different channels of communication with the customer
* Experienced in handling multiple accounts and as a Key Person for clients
* Expertise in managing end-to-end sales development processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals
Other Details:
Working hours is from Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM
Work from Home (but may be requested to do on-site on clients location if requested)
