Viking Asset Management is looking for a Technical Virtual Assistant or an IT analyst for our subsidiary company, Viking Universe. A technical Virtual Assistant that has analytical and strategic skills that support our growing ---------- erest in workflows, flowcharts and logical conditioning is a must. A self-starter of delivering high-quality outputs, showing attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication. Besides being a good communicator, you should demonstrate interpersonal, analytical, and logical skills for project and task automation in different projects.

To do this role properly, you must be fast and accurate in following instructions, efficient to deliver quality results, and also good at research and with analytical skills to understand our business needs.
Responsibilities:
Create workflows/flowcharts structure
Generate and fulfill automation structured projects
Provide understandable manuals
Leveraging tech solutions to meet organizational needs
Overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools
Develop and analyze functional specifications
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
Adaptable in using various software such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content
Planning concept by studying relevant information and materials
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
Collaborating with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Accomplishing other digital projects.
