We are looking for an SEO manager to add to our team!

As an SEO Manager, you will use your problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills to work on multiple projects while managing a team of three SEO specialists. You will manage campaign strategies and implementation for clients while working with management and tea ---------- mbers.

Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role.

This position is Monday – Friday, flex schedule, and full-time

Requirements and Skills

- At least 5 years of SEO experience
- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
- Experience with SEO reporting
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
- Manage team of SEO Specialists
- Create processes and systems
- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
- Optimize website content and landing pages
- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
- Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
