REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Internet Speed: 20 Mb/s
- Must speak fluent English
- Shopify e-commerce platform a plus
- Freshdesk Ticketing System a plus
- Ability to type 40+ wpm
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service with Live Chat &
- Offering Elite customer service to all customers
