About The Position
Sales-minded problem solver. Analytics junkie. eCommerce expert. iRestore is seeking a passionate individual to help to support our rapidly growing eCommerce team, focusing on Amazon Seller Central operations and eCommerce platforms/tools.
We are a #1 seller on Amazon for our category/product and are looking forward to growing the team 2x in the next year with new product launches and optimizations to existing sales channels.
This role will play a key part in shaping company processes, building systems as we scale, and getting things done every day. You’ll be responsible for managing large and small projects ranging from complex data reporting to research-driven operations/sales tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
> Manage day-to-day marketing/operational activities and special projects for eCommerce or Amazon Seller Central operations
> Generate and analyze reports related to eCommerce sales, refunds and other KPIs to optimize business efficiency and costs, and be responsible for sales/inventory forecasting
> Manage and execute promotions, coupons, and deals strategy on Amazon
> Manage and optimize Amazon listing with split testing images and videos, in-depth keyword research, and reviews optimization
> Manage and oversee go-to-market product launches to drive sales and keyword ranking
> Manage and support on all Amazon Advertising related responsibilities into overseeing PPC campaigns, including reporting and collaborating with creatives team on testing video ads
> Research and analyze markets, competition and product data to validate market landscape for future products
> Build documentation and process workflows relating to all job functions
To Be A Good Fit For This Job, You Must Have:
> 2+ Years of Amazon Seller Central experience
> eCommerce experience
> Experience or familiarity with Amazon platforms and tools, such as Helium10, JungleScout
> A self-starter mentality with the energy, drive and determination to accomplish the goals of the project through multi-tasking, setting priorities and milestones
> An intimate ability to recommend a system to streamline how we do things to improve efficiency
> The ability to communicate effectively with the executive team in a simple, yet effective manner
> A strong bias towards execution. We don’t babysit here at iRestore and it’s important that you help convey this to the rest of our team
> A desire to get your hands dirty in a small company where your work matters
