About The Position:
We are seeking an expert email drip marketing campaign creator, strategist, and writer.

About the Position:
The Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator is responsible for building and scaling our email and SMS programs by creating personalized communication that builds long-term customer relationships. You will be responsible for driving online revenue via email and ---------- short, you will have your hands in all of our customer communication and ensure their experience is world-class!

What you’ll do:
> Develop strategic campaign calendars and prioritize projects and initiatives designed to scale email and SMS marketing programs and drive business.
> Map out and build customer journeys using audience segmentation and strategic planning and insights.
> Create compelling and on-brand messaging through click-driving copywriting; collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality creative assets that convert. (We have a full design team on board).
> Manage email lists, segmentation, on-site forms, subscriber acquisition.
> A/B test subject lines, copy, content, templates to maximize email & SMS performance.
> Aggregate program performance metrics and present weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights and recommendations to improve future performance.
> Identify and resolve deliverability issues, bounce backs, spam complaints, and opt-outs
>Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the campaign creation process to improve efficiency and productivity

To Be A Good Fit For This Job, You Must Have:
> 3+ years of relevant experience with DTA eCommerce email & SMS campaigns
> Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM (Klaviyo preferred)
> Experience writing email and SMS copy for direct response eCommerce
> Experience with A/B testing email and SMS campaigns
> Experience with Excel and Google Suite - Docs, Sheets, Slides
