Looking for a virtual assistant/ project manager to handle all aspects of a small book publishing company. This is an entry level position eventually leading to a full-time management position. Previous book publishing experience a major plus but will train the right person.
Must have excellent command of the English Language-including grammar and spelling. Strong skills with editing/proofing/writing experience preferred.
Job Duties:
-Proof, edit, format and upload books for publication
-Order and approve ebook covers
-Schedule and oversee all book promotions
-Work with writers to oversee book quality and completion
-Train, hire, manage new virtual assistants as business grows.
-Develop user training documents and videos, manual as needed to to train a team
-Light bookkeeping
The role is starting off part-time, becoming full time within 60-90 days as you learn the business.. Perfect for someone looking for a ground floor opportunity who wishes to grow with our company. Minimum 25 hours week to start.
Job Timing: Flexible working hours (PH Time) Monday thru Friday
