Viking Asset Management is looking for a highly analytical and organized Technical Virtual Assistant or IT Analyst for our subsidiary company Viking Universe to support our growing team. A Pro in doing Workflows and Automation is a must. Knowledge about digital marketing, content writing, design, and business operations management is a plus. A self-starter of delivering brilliant creative ideas, showing amazing attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication. Besides being an outstanding communicator, you should also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and High Analytical skills for you to manage business-related tasks in different projects.

To do this role properly, you should be fast at following instructions, efficient, be able to
deliver high quality results of your work, and have excellent research and high analytical

Responsibilities:
Doing workflows structure
Fulfill Automation projects
Leveraging tech solutions to meet organizational needs
Overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools
Develop and analyze functional specifications
Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
Working with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Accomplishing other digital projects
