Data Entry & Accounts Receivable/Payables

We are looking for an experienced Data Entry and Accounts Receivable/Payable representative.

Required:
*Typing WPM Must be min 60 (will need to perform a typing test before the interview to verify speed and accuracy)
*Must have a HIGH level of accuracy when entering data into the system
*Must have a dual monitor setup (this is not optional) It is required to be efficient and productive in this role.
*Must have the ability to use our VPN and RDP to access our network
*Must have experience posting/applying payments to records/files
*Must have experience balancing payments to confirm posting

Preferred:
*Understanding of a check payment and parts of a check
*Collection Industry exp.
