Looking for Experienced Graphic Shirt Designer

Looking for a new shirt designer who can create handmade illustrations and designs, creating and harmoniously combining both graphic elements and fonts to match the design. You should be able to provide all kinds of designs from typography, vintage retro designs to character drawings to imaginative Fink style art to simply sarcastic-humorous art. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN MULTI-PLATFORM COLORING STYLES.

What This Role Entails
Responsible for the conceptualization and creation of graphic shirt designs. Must be able to work in multi-platform coloring styles.
- Conceptualizes and interprets graphic designs for licensed character brands based on client requirements.
- Strongly independent and work within timeline
- Sketch, conceptualize, and present creative digital solutions internally and externally to the CEO. Must have strong grasp of modern design for the digital world.
- Makes necessary revisions on graphic design as required by client/ buyer.
- Coordinates with Brand Manager, Production Department, and/or accredited subcontractor.
- Provides Graphic Design Templates and reports for Brand Manager approval. May perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

What This Role Will Help Build
We will send you a list of ideas that we would like to be created and we would like you to be artistic and creative to re-create the idea in your own style. (i.e., we will send you a link or image and we would like your unique spin on the idea to create a more visually appealing design, without copying the original one). It is VERY IMPORTANT that you create the illustrations yourself and do not copy any graphics from other sources or violate any trademarks or copyrights.

Skill Set
- Possession of creative flair and versatility, able to adapt to the requirements of the projects
- A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced client environment is essential.
- Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to confer advice and suggestions from clients, as well as understand what they want.
- Knowledge in both typography and color theory is critical.
- You are great with Photoshop, Illustrator or any other related software.

Experience
- At least one year of working experience in graphic design
- Must have a proven experience with t-shirt design (include your portfolio)
- Must be able to work in multi-platform coloring styles.
