Paraplanner

Looking for someone with experience with financial planning in Australia, ideally as a paraplanner. Please do not apply if you don't have financial planning in Australia experience, I am not looking for lead generation or a general assistant at this time.

We use Midwinter AdviceOS for advice generation as well as some other tools which you can be trained.
Single adviser business that is growing and is ready for next strategic hire.

Currently have two Filipino online specialists - one doing mainly general administration and follow ups and one one doing social media, and marketing activities primarily. New member will be able to assign tasks where relevant.

Salary will be dependant on hours and experience and what you can offer the business. We do the 13th month bonus as well.

Looking for someone who wants a challenge and wants to help grow a business. I hire for the long term, don't really like tea ---------- mbers who change jobs a lot. Opportunity for wage increase over time. Just need to make yourself indispensable.
