JOB OVERVIEW

Set out and align the overall direction for Business Development
Lead on all activities relating to new brand acquisition for all solutions and services
Collaborate with functions to upsell/cross sell additional contract scope to existing brands
Collaborate with experts within the functions on solution design for client acquisition or upsell/ cross sell
Lead on contract renewal for clients without auto-renew clause, or where client has been flagged as “Renegotiate” in quarterly Health Check, or where client has been identified as “High potential for upsell/ cross-sell” of additional contract scope/ value
Lead on new partner acquisition for brands, distributors, sales channels and go-to-market partners, and where a partnership acquisition is a strategic future revenue driver
Build and manage relationships with key brand partners in conjunction with Commercial accounts management.
Discovers and explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Heads the Team of BD composed of Brand Acquisition, Onboarding and Instant Commerce.
