Requirement
- Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to make calls for hours

Responsibilities
- Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication
- Provide weekly agent recruiting report
- Pre-qualify agents via phone calls
- Schedule screening interviews
- Provide full cycle recruitment and onboarding services
