Sales Account Executive - Real Estate

• Full time position
• Paid Training
• Work hours is at 9am to 6pm US CST (Chicago, IL)
• Salary starts at $4 per hours (negotiable)
• Earn a commission for every deal ---------- n-negotiable Requirements:
• Stable Internet Connection with back up internet provider
• Noise-canceling headset

Key qualifications
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) together with effective negotiation skills. Preferably speaks with an American accent
• Knowledge and background in Finance and Real Estate is preferred but not required.
• Outstanding follow-through, time management, and organizational skills.
• Competency in using Google applications and HubSpot.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be proactive and takes initiative to follow through requirements to get the deal to close.
• Must committed to work and passionate to learn
• With BPO or VA experience is preferred but not required.

Summary of responsibilities:
• Conduct prospecting calls to all leads (outbound call) and establish relationship to clients on how the company can meet their real estate financial needs
